Blaine has participated in the National Night Out celebration for more than 18 years, repeatedly earning national recognition for outstanding participation. Last year’s NNO was another great success, as the exceptional efforts of our marvelous residents and safety services personnel ranked Blaine 13th nationally in its population group. In total, Blaine had 118 block parties, a number that continues to grow with each passing year.
