Welcome to
the Blaine Public Safety Association! Founded in late 2007, the Blaine Public Safety Association (BPSA) is the community’s newest volunteer citizens group and perhaps the only one dedicated to looking out for the safety and well being of all. With the encouragement of both the Chiefs of the Blaine Police and Fire Departments as well as the City Council, a group of concerned citizens came together to develop the BPSA with the primary mission: “To enhance public safety in our community.” |
